Request a refund for waste services
To cancel a service or bin that you've paid for, a refund will be considered as part of your cancellation request. You do not need to submit a refund request as well.
Make a request
Request money back if you feel that you are due a refund.
Submitting a request for a refund does not guarantee that we will accept it. We review requests on a case-by-case basis.
What happens next
Once you've submitted your request, we will consider the reasons for a refund and respond to you within 10 working days.
This will be to tell you that we've either:
- accepted your request and advising when you can expect the refund to arrive in your account
- rejected your request and explain the reason why
