Buckinghamshire Growth Board
The Buckinghamshire Growth Board is a partnership of key public and private sectors, providing the forum for:
- addressing inequality
- supporting regeneration
- supporting economic and skills growth
- effective collaborative thinking
The Board also leads on developing local partnership strategies, including our Strategic Vision and leads work on our County Deal proposals.

The Buckinghamshire Enterprise Zone offers a variety of site and building options for businesses wanting to take advantage of Buckinghamshire’s strategic location at the heart of the UK’s innovation axis.

Improving our towns with regeneration
We are focussed on our commitment to regenerate:

Digital connectivity (access to broadband and 5G)
We are working with partners and providers to improve digital connectivity, including the availability of 5G and broadband.

Funding and investment we are currently receiving
We are currently receiving funding and investment from these schemes:
Buckinghamshire Shared Prosperity Fund
This is part of the £2.6 billion UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) that has been made available for local investment and is part of the Central Government’s ‘Levelling Up’ commitment.
Buckinghamshire’s allocation is £5.8 million.
Buckinghamshire Rural Business Grants (BRBG)
This £1.8 million fund will provide crucial support to small rural businesses and has been made possible through the Government’s £110 million Rural England Prosperity Fund.
Westcott Launchpad for innovative companies
The Westcott Launchpad Programme is a funding voucher opportunity available to:
- start ups
- small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs)
- large businesses
It will support innovation, new products and services at Westcott Enterprise Zone.
The scheme helps businesses to develop and grow by offering a voucher that gives access to (and the utilisation of) the facilities, equipment and expertise of:
- Satellite Applications Catapult
- Protolaunch
- Plastron
- Airborne Engineering
- European Astrotech
You can apply for vouchers up to £25,000.
