Request support from Helping Hand
To request support from Helping Hand, you will now need to register for a My Buckinghamshire account.
This is a new account system, replacing any existing MyAccount that you may have had so any old usernames or passwords will not work.
We'll ask you to:
- register for a new My Buckinghamshire account
- confirm your email address by clicking on a link that we send you by email
You can then return to the Helping Hand form and sign in to request support.
Do not complete this form more than once. If you need to tell us anything else once your original request is made, you can do this through your My Buckinghamshire account.
If you would prefer to speak to one of the team for assistance in applying for support, you can call us on 01296 531151.
