Order replacement bins or boxes for your property if yours were lost, stolen or damaged by day to day usage.

Ask us to replace your bin with a smaller or larger version.

If your developer is not ordering bins for your property, you can order them yourself.

Report an issue with the bins we've delivered to you or report that bins haven't been delivered within 10 working days.

You may want to cancel a bin order if you no longer need a new or replacement one.

Request for an old bin to be removed from your property.

Residents of the Chiltern and Wycombe areas can request textile sacks so that their textiles can be collected along with other recycling.

If you are a developer or housing agent, you must provide the bins for all new domestic properties.
