How we create and manage content on our website
Structuring and writing your content
Your structure should be based on what you know about user needs. Your page structure can include:
- a title
- headings
- images
- components], such as tables
- content patterns, when you are repeating similar content like contact details or fees information
We've designed page templates to help you structure different types of content according to user need.

Make sure your content is easy to find
Great content is useless is users if can't find it. There are several ways that you can help users find your content:
- clear, descriptive titles and headings that explain what the user can do or read about on that page - these should make sense regardless of where the user sees them
- good information architecture based on research about how users search for information
- metadata and listings information that help users find your content in a list of search results
