Licensing conditions guidance

When you apply for a new licence (or variation) you need to set out what you will do to promote the 4 licensing objectives.

If your licence application is successful, your proposed measures will be attached to your licence as legally binding conditions.

To help you draft your application, we've published a list of suggested conditions relating to each different objective.

You may wish to:

• adapt the wording of any of the suggested conditions to fit your circumstances
• propose additional measures that are not listed

You should only propose conditions that are relevant to your intended activities and that you're able to comply with.
