- identify potential areas that could lead to the spread of infectious diseases
- ensure that we take the correct measures to control any outbreaks

- place your details on the register
- send you an acknowledgment receipt within 14 days
Changes to the water cooling tower
You must notify us, in writing, of any changes that might affect the information submitted in the notification.
You must do this within 1 month of the change.
