Old County Offices regeneration project, Aylesbury

About the project

We are regenerating the former County Offices in Aylesbury, which have been vacant since 2014.

The site has been leased to Oakford Homes (BEWICK) Limited. They're going to build 46 stylish and modern apartments.

The development of the site will be a major contributor to the regeneration of Aylesbury town centre.

When the works start

The works will start on 11 November 2024.

We expect the project will be finished by Winter 2026.

Location of works

The works are happening in Aylesbury town centre, at the Old County Offices, Market Square.

Parking restrictions at Waterside North car park

There will be 14 spaces permanently removed from Waterside North car park to accommodate the new building boundary.

As works are completed there will be a temporary loss of 11 spaces to accommodate a site compound. The compound will be required for the build period which should be 18 to 24 months.

Increase of traffic

We anticipate an increase in the number of construction vehicles and recommend residents to check before travelling.
