The programme is designed to support the government's commitment to non-zero emissions of heavy goods vehicles and address shortages by widening career pathways for skilled automotive and heavy goods/machinery operatives.

Location Managers are responsible for finding and securing suitable locations for TV and film productions.
This includes:
- identifying potential locations
- negotiating fees
- getting permits and licenses
- coordinating with the production team to ensure it meets their needs
The training will be practical and feature case studies, exercises and real scenarios including visits to sites.
The programme is designed to attract new entrants to the industry and address the “image problem” around car maintenance work and offer an accelerated pathway onto automotive apprenticeship programmes.

This course is for anyone who wants to transition to a Production Manager role.
The training covers:

After completing the the Skills Bootcamp, you will be added to our Talent Pool, and we will give you ongoing support for employment in film and television.
A Third Assistant Director is also known as a '3rd AD'.
The 'Becoming a 3rd AD' Bootcamp is suitable for people in the film and TV industry with at least 1 year of experience as a Set Production Assistant or Runner.
The bootcamp covers:

- communications on-set
- working with Supporting Artists
- sustainable productions
- managing a freelance career
The VFX Production Manager’s role is to support the realisation of the creative team’s vision. They provide the link between the production company and the supplier to deliver people and resources to complete the project.
This bootcamp is designed to help VFX coordinators or others with sufficient experience and transferable skills to move into a more senior position.
The training will cover:
- project management tools
- managing internal resources
- relationship management, and interpersonal skills
- workflow of live-action and CG based projects
- specialist technology and software used for post-production workflows
Working to the Production Manager or Producer, the Production Co-ordinator supports and delivers the operational elements of productions in film, tv, commercials, postproduction, animation and VFX.
This bootcamp offers the opportunity for people who are interested in more complex aspects of production to utilise existing coordination skills whilst also helping people develop their logistics, finance, personnel, equipment and/or software knowledge.
The training covers:
- the importance of post-production within the production process
- the workflow of computer-generated based projects.
- how to utilise relevant database and scheduling software/tools.
- the editorial process.
- compliance with legal requirements
- managing the delivery process
- managing parallel productions and time management
