Your treatment may be free if you receive any income or disability related benefits.

Those who receive income related benefit or disability benefit are eligible for a free treatment of rats, mice, cockroaches, bed begs and fleas only. Please provide evidence of this to the pest control contractor when booking treatment.

The income related benefits are:

• Housing Benefit
• Local Council Tax Reduction Scheme
• Disabled Persons Tax Credit
• Pension Guarantee Credit
• Universal Credit
  

Evidence of registered disabled is:

• Disability Living Allowance
• Personal Independence Payments
• Attendance Allowance
• Employment and Support Allowance
• Incapacity Benefit
• Armed Forces Independence Payment
• Severe Disablement Allowance

The person registered disabled must be the homeowner or occupier rather than receiving the benefit on behalf of a child.

To confirm your address to the pest technicians when they call, you’ll need to show:

• proof of benefit
• a utility bill
