Protect your property or business from flooding

Chalfont St Peter has been affected by groundwater flooding since January 2024. There has been a significant impact and disruption to residents and local businesses.

We recently sent a letter to residents and businesses in the areas that were worst affected. The letter gave more in depth information about the flooding, including:

• the cause of the flooding
• what we're doing, and what Thames Water are doing to manage the flooding
• our actions and next steps

If you have been affected by the flooding, complete our online questionnaire by Friday 7 June.

You'll be able to upload photos, videos and other evidence; this would all be useful to help us understand how it's impacted the local community.
