Fostering information evening: January 2025 (in person)

Join us for a welcoming, friendly and relaxed evening at Buckinghamshire Council's Gateway offices, where you can:

• Find out first hand about fostering from our carers and participate in a Q&A session.
• Meet some of our fostering team, who will take you through the assessment process and how we can support you with your application.
• Discover Mockingbird - an initiative that nurtures the relationships between children, young people and foster families.
• Hear from a care-experienced young person about their time in foster care.
• Learn more about the extensive training, support and allowance scheme we offer.
• Meet like-minded people who want to make a difference.
