Facilities
3G pitch, goals and changing rooms
Our facilities include a Football Association Affiliated 3G pitch to cater for matches of:
- 11 versus 11
- 7 versus 7
- 9 versus 9
The full pitch is split down the middle using our dividing net. There are ball catching nets to ensure footballs stay within the playing area.
We also offer:
- a wide range of football goals and sizes going from 11v11, 7v7 to samba goals
- the ability for half the pitch to be split into 2 quarters for tournaments and U8 matches
- coaching available onsite
- access to changing room facilities and hot shower as part of pitch hire fees
The facilities are opened to all players of all ages.
Anyone wearing inappropriate or muddy shoes will be asked to leave the pitch.
Inappropriate shoes that could damage the pitch include:
- shoes with metal studs, metal-tipped studs or blades
- flat-soled shoes like trainers
Do:
- wear clean acceptable footwear such as boots with:
- moulded studs
- plastic studs
- screw in studs less than 15mm
- astro turf trainers
- ensure goals and posts are secure before play
- keep the surface free of debris
- report any damage immediately
- keep drinks in plastic or metal containers
- close all gates during play
Do not:
- use shoes with metal studs, metal-tipped studs or blades
- wear flat soled shoes like trainers
- smoke, eat, chew gum or drop litter on the pitch
- allow dogs on the pitch
- drag goals or heavy items across the surface
- allow bikes on the pitch
Cressex School field
You must not access the school field unless you are retrieving footballs.
The school gate will be unlocked so you can retrieve any footballs that go over, but you may not use the school field for the following:
- warming up
- spectating
- walking your dogs
We'd appreciate it if all our customers respect these rules and wait patiently outside the pitch gates until the alarms sound for their session. If teams ignore these rules we'll be forced to keep the school gate locked at all times and only allow access when a staff member checks the hourly changeover.
Parking
Our site includes 54 free parking spaces and where there are nights of overflow, we book the Cressex Community school car park with no additional fee to the hirer.
Refreshments
Dee’s Kiosk is situated in the car park for site visitors wanting a snack or hot and cold drinks.

Fees
Pitch hire fees include use of the changing room and floodlights.
VAT at 20% is chargeable for one-off bookings. It is exempt for a series of bookings, providing that a minimum of 10 sessions are booked and that there is no more than a 14 day gap between each session.
