Hazlemere Recreation Ground (Hazlemere)

Amersham Road, Hazlemere, HP15 7QW

Hazlemere Recreation Ground is located off the A404 Amersham Road. Take the first turning on the left after Willow Crescent (when heading towards Hazlemere from High Wycombe) to access the car park.

There are some items you cannot use in Buckinghamshire Council open spaces in the Wycombe area. This includes:

• remote controlled vehicles
• drones
• metal detecting equipment

The park is jointly owned by us and Hazlemere Parish Council. The parish council owns and manages the side of the ground with the tennis courts; we own the other side

The rear of the park is surrounded by farmland making it a peaceful location for leisure activities.

The main uses of the park are for dog walkers, walkers and sports. Dog walkers are reminded to clean up after their dogs by using the red bin provided. Cooperation in this scheme is appreciated and helps keep our parks clean and safe for other users

There are:

• 3 adult football pitches
• 4 junior football pitches
• 1 cricket table and outfield
• changing rooms

There are three adult football pitches, one cricket table and changing rooms.

Hazlemere Recreation Ground is the home of the High Wycombe Croquet Club. The club leases the lawns from the council and is responsible for the operation and management of the lawns. 

Occasionally sites may be subject to misuse or acts of vandalism, which can result in damaged play equipment, graffiti, broken glass or other such issues. In the event that you find a problem at one of our play spaces let us know.
