The museum gardens are located between Priory Avenue and The Green Way in the High Wycombe town centre.
Restricted items
There are some items you cannot use in Buckinghamshire Council open spaces in the Wycombe area. This includes:
- remote controlled vehicles
- drones
- metal detecting equipment
Wycombe Museum
Wycombe Museum is suitable for all ages. It has exhibits that show the history of High Wycombe and the surrounding areas with hands-on galleries. The exhibits include:
- the furniture-making history of the town
- art
- photography
- artefacts
It is located in a Grade II listed building with some parts built in the 1600s.
There is a cafe in addition to the gardens.
It is an independent charity managed by Wycombe Heritage and Arts Trust.
Damage or vandalism
Occasionally sites may be subject to misuse or acts of vandalism, which can result in damaged play equipment, graffiti, broken glass or other such issues. In the event that you find a problem at one of our play spaces tell us.
