Park pop-ups
We have many beautiful parks and open spaces used by residents and visitors to the county. We have a great opportunity for businesses to hire space within some of these Council-owned parks this year.
We are seeking interest from ‘pop-up’ businesses, including but not limited to:
- Coffee vans
- Healthy food vans
- Bootcamps/personal training
- Commercial events and festivals
We currently have opportunities in the following parks:
- Vale Park and play area (Aylesbury)
- The Rye (High Wycombe)
- Bedgrove Park (Aylesbury)
- Fairford Leys Playing Fields (Aylesbury)
- Riverside Walk - Meadowcroft (Aylesbury)
- Alfred Rose Park (Aylesbury)
- Hazlemere Recreation Ground (High Wycombe)
- Totteridge Recreation Ground (High Wycombe)
- Booker Recreation Ground (High Wycombe)
- Shelley Recreation Ground (High Wycombe)
- Desborough Recreation Ground (High Wycombe)
- Heartlands Park (Buckingham)
- Edinburgh Playing Fields (Aylesbury)
- Gossmore Recreation Ground Car Park (Marlow)
Eligibility
All vendors must have:
- Employer's Liability Insurance (where applicable)
- Public Liability insurance to the level specified by the Council
- A current Food Hygiene rating (if applicable)
- To be registered with a local council's environmental health team

Please note that this scheme applies to specific sites within Buckinghamshire Council-owned parks and green spaces only. There are separate arrangements for businesses who wish to trade on streets, pavements etc. Please see the ‘Business licences and permits’ section of the Council website for more information on these.
