Public register of Houses in multiple occupation (HMOs)

We are required by law to maintain a public register of all premises in the area licensed as HMOs. The register contains the following details:

  • address of the licence holder
  • the name and address of the person managing the property
  • the licence expiry date
  • full details about the property

You can use view the registers to check if a property has a HMO licence:
