Local councils and committees can support local events by requesting free parking days at council car parks.
About free parking days
As a Town Council, Parish Council or High Wycombe BIDCO (Business Improvement District) you can request 2 separate days to set as free parking days at our car parks:
- for each location listed below
- for each calendar year
As a resident, charity, voluntary group or business, you can contact your local council or committee to suggest a day for free parking.
This is separate to free parking at Christmas.

We expect to open applications for 2026 from December. We'll update this page later this year.

Free parking days at Christmas
We'll provide 2 free parking days (the second and third Saturday in December) each year.
This will be for all car parks that support a High Street.
