Wendover cycleway (walking and cycling route)

Wendover cycleway runs between Aylesbury, Wendover railways station and the schools along Wharf Road.

We made some improvements in 2022, including:

• an extension linking Amber Way to Wendover Railways Station
• an extension along Aylesbury Road, between Halton Lane and Castle Park Road
• improved access to schools along Wharf Road
• path widening near the Health Centre
• more road crossings added
• further resurfacing and path widening

We received approximately £500,000 to spend on cycleway improvements, which was funded by HS2 Ltd.
