By using this service, you can:
- find out quickly how to correct any errors in your planning application
- save time and effort in submitting or re-submitting your application
You will be offered telephone or face to face advice depending on how complex your application is.

You can receive advice with a member of the validation team on how to make your planning application valid:
- £31 (telephone advice)
- £63 (face to face consultation)
