How to use Public Access
Reset your password on Public Access
To reset your password on public access, you will need to:
- Visit your area's version of Public Access:
- Select 'Log in'.
- Select 'Forgotten Password?'.
- Enter the email address that you've set up an account with.
- Enter and confirm your new password - this must be between 8 and 24 characters long and contain at least:
- one uppercase letter
- one lowercase letter
- one number
- Select the green 'Change password' button.
If the system times out
The Public Access system can be quite sensitive to too many requests. Meaning it may lag, freeze or time out if you click too many items without waiting for the page to load properly.
If the system times out, you may need to open a new tab and start again.
