Public inquiry: Land at Broad Lane, Holtspur, Beaconsfield

On 19 November 2024, the Planning Inspectorate will start its public inquiry into the Outline application for the erection of up to 120 residential dwellings, including affordable and self-build homes (Use Class C3) (matter to be considered at this stage: access).

The application will be determined by an Inspector on behalf of the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities.
