Public inquiry: Land at Wilton Park, Gorell Road, Beaconsfield

On 21 January 2025, the Planning Inspectorate will start its public inquiry into the application for the demolition of existing buildings to allow for the construction of 95 assisted living units (Use Class C2) and a 75 bed care home (also use class C2) along with associated communal facilities, vehicular and pedestrian access, internal roads, landscaping, drainage and other associated works.

The application will be determined by an Inspector on behalf of the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities.
