Public inquiry: Land West of Moreton Road and Castlemilk, Moreton Road, Buckingham

On 17 October 2023 the Planning Inspectorate will start its public inquiry into the called-in Planning Application for the erection of 130 dwellings, associated access and parking, landscaping and amenity space and the change of land from agriculture to use as sports pitches/recreational open space and informal open space. The application was called-in by the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities.

The inquiry will be held in-person in the Paralympic Room at The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, HP19 8FF.
