Silverstone UTC, which opened in September 2013, is a centre of excellence for young people wanting to break into the specialist fields of:
- high performance engineering
- business with events management
It's based in the very heart of British Motorsport, at the Silverstone racing grounds. Located in a stunning multi-million pound facility.
Students, who start in Year 10 or Year 12, study professional and technical qualifications aligned with their choice of specialism alongside other qualifications to complete a full set of GCSE or A Level subjects.
Silverstone UTC’s mission to 'produce high-performing, work-ready, young people' is being accomplished. Students are achieving excellent destinations at universities, employment and in apprenticeships.
