Report a missed bulky waste collection
If you've booked a collection of large items (bulky waste) but our bin crews missed it, let us know.
To report a missed collection, you need to make sure your items were at the boundary of your property by 6am on your collection day. Our teams have until 6pm to make the collection, we do not accept reports before this time.
