Garden Waste Collection Service Terms and Conditions
When your subscription is renewed
We will notify you in advance that your subscription is due for renewal, together with details of the subscription charge payable.
If you want the Service to continue, you must make payment to us no later than the renewal date (and no earlier than 2 months before the renewal date).
If you do not want to renew your subscription, contact us using our online form or on 0300 131 6000 to arrange for your garden waste bin to be recovered by us.
If your payment is not received on or prior to the renewal date, we will cancel your garden waste collection service and you will have to pay us for the cost of the garden waste bin unless we are able to recover it from your premises.
