Report a problem with garden waste
Missed collection
If your garden waste has not been collected, you can report a missed bin collection online.
You should check:
- that you have the correct collection day
- you have paid for a garden waste subscription or renewal
Items not collected
If your bin was emptied but some items were left, it may be because they were items we do not accept, for example, food waste, soil or plant pots.
You can check which garden waste items we do and do not collect.
Damaged bins
If your bin is lost or damaged, you can request a replacement bin online.
Replacement garden waste bins will be delivered with a replacement sticker if you have a valid subscription.
If you've not received your bin sticker
You should receive your bin sticker within 10 working days of signing up and paying for our garden waste service or requesting a replacement sticker.
If you've not received your sticker, you can contact the waste and recycling team.
