Due to the hot weather and our commitment to the safety of our collection crews, all bin collections will now take place from 6am on Thursday 10th July and Friday 11th July. Leave your bins out the night before or no later than 6am on your collection day.

Ask us to replace your bin with a smaller or larger version.

Order bins for a new property

If your developer is not ordering bins for your property, you can order them yourself.

Residents of the Chiltern and Wycombe areas can request textile sacks so that their textiles can be collected along with other recycling.

Report an issue with a bin order

Report an issue with the bins we've delivered to you or report that bins haven't been delivered within 10 working days.
