Request for a bin to be removed

You may have an old bin that needs to be removed if:

• we have delivered new bins to you but have not collected the old damaged ones
• there are additional bins left behind by previous residents
• a bin has turned up on your street and it's not allocated to a house

We can collect the bins free of charge.

Once you've submitted your request, we will collect the bin within 10 working days.

You will need to leave the old bin at the boundary of your property ready for collection.
