Littering Enforcement Policy

This policy was implemented on 26 January 2022 and was amended on 23 July 2024 to reflect the Government changes to upper limits to fixed penalties on 31st July 2023 and the introduction of Civil Law enforcement at Buckinghamshire Council.

It is available for viewing on the Council’s website. Braille, large type, audio recording or other language versions will be considered on request.
