Feedback is a key to our learning and talking with our customers and colleagues more is an underpinning principle of the initiative A Year of Conversation. It can lead to early resolution and more understanding about issues or concerns raised. The Complaints and Improvements Team will be building upon this work by encouraging colleagues to do this wherever possible and ensure that we lead by example.
