We will share your information, if appropriate, with:
- other bodies in connection with the consultation, processing and permitting of a filming application including Town Councils, Parish Councils, Thames Valley Police, and other emergency services as may be required
- other relevant services within the council
We will securely hold your information and only keep it for as long as is necessary. Where information is no longer needed it will be confidentially disposed of.

- promote locations to film production companies

How we share and process your information (locations database)
We will share your information, if appropriate, with:
- Third parties who are partners with the Buckinghamshire Council to work on behalf of the Council to support Film Office services – such third parties include:
- Filming in England
- Production companies and individuals who have registered through the Buckinghamshire Film Office database to search the database
- other bodies in connection with the consultation, processing and permitting of a filming application including Town Councils, Parish Councils, Thames Valley Police, and other emergency services as may be required
- other relevant services within the council
We will securely hold your information and only keep it for as long as is necessary. Where information is no longer needed it will be confidentially disposed of.
