The information you give us will be used by Buckinghamshire Council to contact you if you are a prize-winner.

The legal basis for processing the data under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 is:

Where applicable, you can remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting [email protected].
How we share and process your information
We will not share your information without your consent or if there is another legal basis to do so.
Information will only be kept for as long as required. Once the competition deadline passes and winner selected, we will securely dispose of hard copy entries and delete electronic ones, including the winners’ names and email addresses once they’ve been contacted and the prize claimed.
By entering a competition, you are consenting to use of your data as above.
