Due to the anticipated hot weather bin collections will now commence earlier

Due to the hot weather and our commitment to the safety of our collection crews, all bin collections will now take place from 6am on Thursday 10th July and Friday 11th July. Leave your bins out the night before or no later than 6am on your collection day.

Move a garden waste subscription to a new address

You can ask us to transfer your remaining garden waste subscription to a new address.

You do not need to take your bin with you.

What happens next

If there is a garden waste bin at the new property already, we will deliver a new sticker within 10 working days.

If your request includes a new bin where there is not already one at the new property, we will deliver the new bin and sticker within 15 working days.

Missed collections

If you've let us know that you'll be moving in advance, you may experience a missed garden waste collection at your old address whilst we transfer your subscription to the new address. We apologise for any inconvenience.

If you're moving out of Buckinghamshire

If you're moving out of Buckinghamshire, you'll need to cancel your subscription.
